Design & Build (D&B)
Our Design & Build service offers clients a single, accountable route from concept to completion. Norton Construction coordinates planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and aftercare under one unified contract, reducing risk and accelerating delivery.
We integrate early-stage technical input from structural feasibility, services coordination, buildability, to programme rationale and cost planning, to ensure that every decision supports long-term performance and budget control.
Full turnkey service from planning to handover
We manage planning submissions, appoint consultants, liaise with statutory bodies and deliver construction through to client occupation. All design is progressed alongside procurement to maintain schedule security.
Employer’s agent / contract administrator role
Where required, we act as the client’s representative, monitoring compliance, managing design changes, auditing progress and validating quality.
In-house or partnered architectural & structural design
We work with trusted East Anglian architects, M&E consultants and structural engineers to deliver coordinated design packages, BIM integration and clear documentation prepared for building control and tender use.
Refurbishment & Fit-Out
